Spot On Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Worker to support NDIS participants in achieving their goals and maintaining their independence.
Location :
Putney NSW
Hobart TAS
All suburbs in Victoria (South, West, Bendigo, Mornington, Melbourne, etc.)
About the Role:
Provide community access and social support
Assist with daily living activities
Support participants to achieve their NDIS goals
Promote independence, choice, and inclusion
Maintain accurate shift notes and documentation
About You:
Passionate about supporting people with disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and person-centred in your approach
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
