Seeking people based in the Gold Coast with complex and challenging behaviour experience.
At Gold Coast Care Services our mission is to provide awesome, practical support to NDIS participants, and we do this by hiring awesome, practically minded support workers who can think outside the box and get things moving! We also believe a well paid Support Worker, is one who comes to work focused on achieving goals. Thats why all employees at GCCS start at $44.60 per hour (ABN). We are expanding our operation and need strong team members, throughout Brisbane. We need people with challenging behaviour experience who can read, understand and implement PBSP's combined with a strong resilience to achieve the excellent outcomes for participants.

Ability to implement behaviour support plans
Prior exposure to industry compliance under the NDIS
Personal care and medical administration experience
Understanding of restrictive practises
Experience with challenging behaviours

Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance or Yellow Card
Police Check
ABN Number + Insurance (Can assist to get if required).
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Driver's License
