About the Role Reporting into senior leadership, this is a critical role responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of internal and external network operations. You'll bring a strategic mindset, strong technical depth, and a track record of building and leading high-performing teams across complex network environments.

You'll play a key role in ensuring world-class network delivery, while contributing to broader business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead network operations across a growing, high-impact environment
• Drive the integration of new features and systems with minimal disruption
• Manage third-party roaming partnerships and external interfaces
• Oversee network quality, cybersecurity, and ICT best practices
• Monitor uptime, availability, and infrastructure capacity
• Take ownership of operational budgets and cost controls
• Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative operations team
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders across strategy, product, and engineering
