Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification and assessment of new development opportunities, turning concepts into viable projects.
• Drive front-end feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and planning coordination to shape the development pipeline.
• Collaborate with consultants, councils, and stakeholders to advance planning approvals and early design outcomes.
• Prepare investment papers, reports, and recommendations to support senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain involvement through project delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives and commercial success.

About You:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in property development, planning or related field
• Strong experience in acquisitions, feasibility, or early-stage planning.
• Commercially and financially aware, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and drive results.
• Proactive, highly organised, and confident managing consultants, stakeholders, and senior decision-makers.
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline
