Position Details

Days: Thursdays and Fridays

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Location: Aquamoves, Shepparton VIC

As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will:

• Lead and support the Customer Service Front Desk team and one Work Group Officer
• Collaborate across departments including:
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Aquatics (Program and Education)
  • Revenue and Engagement
• Ensure our guests receive personalised, supportive service that exceeds expectations
• Contribute to our mission of improving the health of the Shepparton community, one individual at a time

Note: This position is subject to a 6 month qualifying period in accordance with the Fair Work Australia minimum employment period.
