About the RoleWe're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Shepparton and Goulburn Valley market. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and providing tailored technology solutions that reduce cost, improve productivity, and support sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
Prospecting and securing new business in the SME and corporate market.
Building strong relationships with local businesses and decision makers.
Conducting needs analysis and presenting tailored Canon & Sharp MFD and print solutions.
Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to close, supported by our sales leadership team
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and activity targets.
Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in technology, print, or managed services).
A hunter mentality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand client workflows and cost drivers.
Self-motivation with the ability to work independently while supported by a strong service team.
Current driver's licence.
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure.
Tools of trade (laptop, phone, CRM support).
Full training on Canon & Sharp and Solutions.
