Customer Service Administrator
BX Bunka Australia, specifically Steel-Line Garage Doors is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of Customer Service Administrator on a permanent full-time basis working out of our Sunshine Coast Branch.
Duties and responsibilities:
Maintain high levels of customer service with our Retail and Trade customers.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring messages are accurately conveyed while maintaining confidentiality.
Support financial processes by coding invoices, verifying delivery documents, and ensuring timely payment matching and invoice submissions.
Assist the Manager with banking and payment allocations.
Prepare and distribute customer invoices, ensuring they are sent promptly.
Provide assistance with job management, material procurement, and document preparation.
Ensure high accuracy in all data entry tasks.
Coordinate appointment schedules when necessary.
Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Help coordinate service schedules for technicians and ensure accuracy in subcontractor invoices.
Manage incoming mail and compile outgoing mail for weekly dispatch to Head Office.
Archive records according to legal and organisational requirements.
Stay informed and comply with company policies, procedures, and internal systems.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
The successful candidate will have:
• A level of skills commensurate with 2-3 years of administration or retail experience.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills and setting of priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise good time management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Sound coordination and communication skills.
• Computer skills are essential.
