About the Role:
Join our team as a Community Support Worker with Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network and play a vital role in our Consumer Directed Care model, where clients have greater control over their lives and the services they receive. In this rewarding role, you'll provide personal care, cleaning, meal preparation, transport and social support to older people, people living with disability, or residents in aged care facilities - helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Working closely with consumers, their families, and health professionals, you'll bring empathy, flexibility, and autonomy to your work while being supported with opportunities for ongoing education and skill development to deliver responsive, person-centred care.
