About The Position
Location: Port Augusta
Status: Part Time FTE 0.8

The Community Mental Health Program provides psychological support including goal setting, transition planning, and assistance to transition to NDIS services. This is achieved through flexible and intensive case management to support individuals to reduce levels of distress and improve their wellbeing.
As a Community Mental Health Case Manager, you will provide personalised, recovery-oriented support to people living in the community, with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. You will work collaboratively with clients to achieve their recovery goals through one-to-one support, shared services, workshops, and group facilitation.

A tertiary qualification will be highly regarded.
You may also need to be available for some out of hours work and travel between Uniting Country SA sites of interstate as required.
