About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take the reins of a well-maintained, mixed-use portfolio. This is a Monday to Friday role offering structure, support, and a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of a portfolio of approx. 70-80 mixed-use properties
• Oversee rent collection, outgoings, and arrears management
• Negotiate lease renewals and prepare associated documentation
• Conduct property inspections and prepare condition reports
• Prepare annual outgoing budgets and reconciliations

About You:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in Commercial Property Management, Assistants encouraged to also apply
• Certificate of Registration 
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle
• Well-presented, professional, and confident communicator
