About the roleWe are seeking a hands‑on Commercial Analyst to join our finance team. This is a critical role responsible for driving our budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business (including senior leadership). Your work will help translate strategic goals into financial outcomes and actionable insights, and equally you will provide analysis of our financial and sales data to provide insights on the business. You will own the monthly calculation and reporting of key commercial metrics including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and unit sales metrics. You will also support the broader business with a range of adhoc tasks and analysis.
This role does not have direct reports but requires a high level of ownership, accountability, and collaboration across the business. We are looking for someone who is has strong Excel and financial modelling skills, and will bring critical thinking and inquisitive thought about VALD's key financial metrics. You will thrive in this role if you are someone who strives to understand how senior leadership view and manage the business and can build models that reflect and support that vision.
