Fixed-term contract opportunity for up to 12 months
Part-Time; 2 days per week role
Outreach role across aged care facilities in the Mid Coast region (Taree and surrounding areas), with some flexibility to work from home.
Join our Continuing to be Me (C2BMe) program, providing mental health support to residents in aged care facilities across the Mid North Coast (Taree region). As a Clinician Level 2, you'll deliver evidence-based mental health care, including comprehensive assessments, clinical coordination, and psychological and psychosocial interventions. You'll facilitate both individual and group therapy to improve the mental health and wellbeing of older adults.
What You'll Be Doing
About the Program
C2BMe offers low- and medium-intensity interventions, ensuring aged care residents with mental illness receive the same level of care available in the broader community. Our person-centred approach includes both group and individual therapies delivered by skilled allied health professionals.
