About you

You're already an accomplished Store Manager (or above)from a big box or large-format retail environment, and you've built your reputation by growing both the business and the people around you.

  • A genuine feel for the numbers.You know what's driving performance, where the opportunities are hiding and when something needs attention before it becomes a problem.

  • Strong retail instincts.Stock availability, merchandising, inventory, wage control, shrinkage and customer service are simply how you operate.
