The OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional Business Development & Growth Manager to lead referral growth and expand EasAbility’s footprint across South Australia.
Your mandate is clear: bring in the right participants, through the right relationships, for the right reasons.
You will work closely with senior leadership team to help shape and execute EasAbility’s growth strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing- Building and maintaining strong referral relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, and key sector stakeholders
- Leveraging your existing network while continuing to grow new partnerships
- Representing EasAbility Care at community events, expos, and industry forums
- Identifying emerging needs and growth opportunities within the NDIS landscape
- Clearly communicating EasAbility’s doctors-led, clinically governed model to referrers and partners
- Collaborating with intake and leadership teams to ensure smooth participant onboarding
- Tracking referral pipelines, engagement activity, and growth outcomes
- Contributing to growth strategy as EasAbility continues to scale thoughtfully
This role is about credibility, presence, and follow-through; not hard selling.

- 3+ years’ experience in NDIS business development, sector partnerships, or referral growth
- An existing, active network and established relationships with:
- Support Coordinators
- Plan Managers
- LACs
- Allied health and community partners
- A strong understanding of how NDIS referrals operate in practice
- A relationship-first, ethical approach to growth
- Confidence representing a clinically governed, values-based provider
- Self-direction, accountability, and strong follow-through
- Alignment with participant-centred, high-quality care
