Rocky Bay has a proud history in disability services and is seeking a motivated Clinical Operations Manager to lead our Allied Health team in Mandurah. This is a unique opportunity to guide, coach, and develop a team of dedicated clinicians while helping our customers connect to the right supports and achieve their goals.

We are looking for a professional clinician with at least five years' experience, including demonstrated leadership capability. More importantly, we are seeking the right leader to bring people together, drive service growth, and nurture talent within our teams.
