As we continue to grow, we're looking for a confident, customer-focused and tech-savvy Client Engagement Specialist to support our high-value school partners and drive greater adoption of our digital solutions.
The Role
As the Client Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and client satisfaction within our portfolio of clients. You will engage with all our education clients, understand their challenges, and deliver tailored SaaS solutions that support revenue growth and adoption of our modules.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of SaaS experience to effectively deliver tailored solutions that support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer account plans to achieve annual targets.
Strengthen and grow profitable revenue within the current customer base while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive sustained success
Own the customer relationship to effectively manage customer retention, revenue growth from existing customer base and increase new business through customer needs analysis
Support our clients through every step of their journey, from onboarding to feedback conversations—with empathy and clarity understanding all their needs
Qualify opportunities and deliver value-driven product demonstrations.
Keep up to date with education market trends, government policy changes, and sector priorities.
About You
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in account management preferably with an Education, Retail or Technology focus.
Proven experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs.
Strong business and financial acumen with ability to deliver against budget and strategic objectives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a remote role with strong accountability.
Prolific use of Microsoft Office, calling and presenting to clients, strong knowledge of the education sector in ANZ.
Candidates must have current Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.
