As a Labourer / Crew Member at South West Pipe Relining, you will be part of a skilled and supportive team delivering high-quality pipe rehabilitation works across Victoria and interstate. You'll work hands on in a fast paced environment, supporting the setup, operation, and completion of trenchless pipe relining and associated civil works while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

• Assist in the setup and operation of pipe relining equipment and job sites.

• Perform manual labour tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment preparation.

• Support reinstatement works, traffic control, and service connection activities.

• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.

• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately.

• Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.

• Travel to project locations, including interstate FIFO work, when required.

• Construction White Card.

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence (MR preferred).

• Willingness to travel and work away from home (FIFO/interstate).

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

• Physically fit for manual labour.

• Working within confine space

• Previous experience in civil construction, plumbing, or labouring.

• Plant and equipment operating tickets.
