About the role
Casual Housekeeper - Mont Verdant Boutique Apartments (Toorak)Join the team at one of Melbourne's most prestigious tennis clubs and help maintain our exclusive on-site accommodation, Mont Verdant.
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our housekeeping team on a casual basis, offering flexibility and independence in your working schedule. You'll be responsible for the presentation and upkeep of our four boutique apartments and other common areas, ensuring they are immaculate and guest-ready at all times.
What you'll be doing
Cleaning and maintaining the club's facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces to the highest standards
Replenishing supplies and ensuring all areas are well-stocked and presentable
Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests
Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
