An exciting opportunity has developed for a motivated and enthusiastic workshop equipment BDM to join our team, based on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
About the role -
The Equipment BDM drives all activity for equipment sales in the Burson network, ensuring that the equipment budget is met. This activity is undertaken personally, through directly actioning the end-to-end sales process and indirectly where the Equipment Specialist coaches and supports the activities of Burson Store Managers and Sales Reps.

The requirements for an Equipment Specialist:
Strong mechanical aptitude with a technical background
Strong understanding of automotive workshop equipment including hoists, wheel service equipment, and diagnostic tools
You are a sales professional, with experience in workshop equipment
Comfortable and capable with ROI selling
Flexible to travel intrastate and interstate
Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads / actions
