The Role
This is an opportunity for someone ready for their next career move in Business Development. With strong connections, partnerships and systems already in place, you'll be stepping into a role with a solid foundation and the freedom to shape it further.
As our Business Development Manager, you will be the face of HelpAlong across the Moreton Bay, Greater Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Logan, Ipswich, and Gympie regions, building new opportunities and ensuring a smooth client journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the client intake process and ensure a smooth client experience
Work closely with service delivery teams to align new client transitions
Contribute to the growth strategies and service expansion
Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth
Build and strengthen referral networks with support coordinators, hospitals, allied health and community organisations
Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness
About You
Knowledge of NDIS services, including SIL, STA, MTA and in-home supports
Existing networks in disability, hospitals or allied health (desirable)
Business development or marketing experience (NDIS preferred)
Qualification in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or related field (desirable)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital marketing tools
