What you'll do
Complete building & pest inspections across your area in SEQ
Identify defects, hazards & compliance issues
Provide clear, detailed inspection reports
Work with real estate, buyers & renovators
What you'll need
Current QLD Builder's Licence
Completion of the Registered Building Inspectors Course
Timber pest qualifications (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010)
Knowledge of QLD building codes & compliance
Strong attention to detail & report-writing skills
Ability to access sub-floors, roof spaces & external roofs
Driver's licence, reliable vehicle & police check
