About the RoleDue to a growing pipeline of work, we're expanding our team and seeking a qualified Boilermaker or Fabricator in Gympie. This is a hands-on role involving workshop-based fabrication, site installations.
What You'll Be Doing
Fabrication and welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components
Interpreting technical drawings and job specifications
Operating workshop equipment and hand tools
Assisting with site installations and structural steel projects as required
Completing job documentation and contributing to quality control
Supporting apprentices and contributing to a strong team environment
What We're Looking For
Trade qualified Boilermaker or Fabricator (Cert III Engineering - Fabrication)
Previous Leading Hand experience would be highly regarded
Experience in MIG and TIG and MMA welding
Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive attitude
White Card, current driver's licence and Forklift Ticket (or willingness to obtain)
