A leading organisation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its Information Systems and Technology team. This role sits within the Contracts & Assets Management area, providing essential support to ensure the effective delivery of ICT services across the business.

The Role

We are looking for an Assets Support Officer (ASO3 level) to provide administrative, data, and software licensing support. This is a 3-month contract opportunity, with potential for extension, offering immediate commencement for the right candidate.

You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Proven experience supporting software provisioning and licensing
• Experience managing ICT asset databases or similar data entry functions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports
• Knowledge of software licence management principles, including Microsoft agreements
• Experience with asset monitoring tools such as Hardcat (highly regarded)

• Support asset management activities across ICT hardware and software
• Manage data entry and reporting for ICT assets and databases
• Assist with software provisioning, licensing, and associated admin/finance processes
• Respond to technical and process enquiries from internal stakeholders
• Prepare and distribute accurate reports on IT assets, hardware, and software

• Contract opportunity with immediate start
