About the roleAs an Assertive Outreach Worker, this is your opportunity to provide holistic support to young people who are marginalised, excluded and/or disconnected from service and build trust with young people through consistent and meaningful engagement and linking to housing, health, employment, and community services.
Reporting to the Program Manager, this is a permanent, full-time position based in Alice Springs, NT.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, Level 4.
