The Strata and Community Titles Coordinator is accountable for managing Strata and Community titled properties, undertaking administrative activities and managing the expenditure of budgets and administering contract management for lease agreements and strata/community title management agreements and providing management reporting.
Special Conditions
Role Status Short term contract up to 12 months.
Requirements Desirable - Experience in body corporate management and familiarity with both the Strata Titles Act 1988 and Community Titles Act 1996.
Remuneration $76,561 - $80,256 (ASO4)
