About the role

Parkside Commercial Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Real Estate professional to join their team in Bankstown, NSW. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of our thriving commercial real estate agency.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team, including designing marketing material, handling correspondence, and maintaining detailed records

  • Create high-quality marketing and presentation materials using Canva

  • Use our CRM (plus other listing platforms/tools) to manage property data and listings

  • Conduct property research and update market comps when needed

  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and reports

  • Supporting the marketing and promotion of properties through various channels

  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and client satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in administrative roles within the commercial real estate industry (preferred but not essential)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in using real estate software, CRM systems, Google workspace and Microsoft Office suite

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
