Are you ready to drive meaningful transformation and help shape how CBCity works and serves our community? We're seeking a Transformation Change Lead on an 18-month contract (with option for review) to champion our Digital Transformation program and embed change that connects our people to our purpose "Together, we create a great city we love" and our Ambition to “Create a community that loves their community”.
In this role, you will design and deliver a strategic, organisation-wide communications and change approach that enables the success of CBCity's transformation priorities - particularly our Digital Transformation roadmap.
