About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll provide vital administrative and office management support to ensure the effective delivery of projects, events, and organisational activities.
What You'll Do
Coordinate and minute meetings, manage schedules, and action follow-ups.
Provide administrative support to the Research Director, CEO, and COO.
Prepare documents, manage databases, and assist with contract administration.
Oversee office supplies, travel arrangements, and day-to-day operations.
Manage enquiries and correspondence from internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with Board and Committee reports, annual reports, and promotional materials.
Support events, engagement activities, and education/training campaigns.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions.
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and willingness to obtain a National Police Check.
