Key Responsibilities\n

• Support Directors and Educators to deliver top‑quality OSHC programs.
\n
• Ensure program retention and expansion, with regular site visits.
\n
• Represent TeamKids positively and embody our core values.

About the Role\n

As a Regional Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your region, supporting Directors and Educators to deliver remarkable, fun, and safe programs. You’ll also:

• Manage a portfolio of 11‑15 schools in your region, ensuring our OSHC programs shine.
\n
• Lead a team of Directors and Educators, empowering them to grow and develop.
\n
• Drive program growth, focusing on retention and innovation.
\n
• Visit schools daily to connect with your team, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operations.
\n
• Represent TeamKids, embodying our values and culture in all interactions.
\n
• Manage and coach 2x DOS/Mentors who support the training and upskilling of your team.
\n
