SES Band 2 Executive Director, Mission Coordination and Analysis, Canberra

Overview

As the Executive Director, Mission Coordination and Analysis (EDMCA) you will play a pivotal senior leadership role in shaping the strategic priorities of the ACIC and working to support its critical intelligence mission. The position sits within the Intelligence Group and reports directly to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Intelligence. As EDMCA, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership team, contributing to the development of long‑term strategies and policies to ensure the ACIC’s sustainability and capability to deliver against its criminal intelligence objectives in a dynamic and complex operating environment. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including government departments, law enforcement and intelligence partners and other external organisations, ensuring that ACIC remains a trusted and valuable partner in safeguarding Australia’s national security.

Role responsibilities

As Executive Director, Mission Coordination and Analysis you will:

• Shape the strategic priorities of the ACIC.
• Support the critical intelligence mission.
• Contribute to long‑term strategies and policies.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders including government departments, law enforcement and intelligence partners and other external organisations.
