Trusted Delivery | Our Mojility

Brisbane based | Hybrid, 3 days per week in our central Brisbane office | Full-time

About the job

Here at Mojo Soup, we are putting out an expression of interest for a Project Manager to join our growing Trusted Delivery team. This is a consultant-level role for someone who loves running great projects, keeping teams and customers aligned, and turning complexity into simplicity.

About the role

Join Mojo Soup as a Project Manager and take the lead on delivering solutions that excite our customers and enable transformation through Talent, Tools and Technology. You will be the person who keeps delivery moving, connecting a broad range of customers and stakeholders and guiding work from ideation through to completion.

You will run the delivery of Portals, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 engagements using our agile ways of working. Alongside your project management, you will bring a business analysis mindset, helping shape requirements, facilitate workshops and make sure the team is building the right thing. It is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, delivering impactful and reliable results for our customers.
  • Assess current processes and tools, and translate business needs into practical solutions such as reporting dashboards, workflow automations and system integrations.
  • Plan and run our agile cadence, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, showcases and retrospectives, with a clear delivery rhythm.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget and quality, and keep customers informed with clear and honest status reporting.
  • dentify, track and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, and elevate early when it matters.
  • Facilitate workshops to understand customer needs, then turn ideas into well‑formed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyse data to surface actionable insights, and prepare and deliver client presentations that support decision‑making.
  • Develop clear documentation, deliver end‑user training, and support change management to drive successful adoption.
  • Maintain and prioritise the backlog in Azure DevOps, working closely with developers, business analysts and testers.
  • Build long‑term partnering relationships by working in an integrated way with our customers.
  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities, typically contributing to two or three engagements at any given time.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery methodologies and service offerings.
  • Uphold the high standards of Mojo Soup and our delivery framework across every engagement.
