We currently have an opportunity for a Care Partner (Fulltime) in our Bundaberg office.
In Home Services support people in regional communities across New South Wales and Queensland to live better lives. We empower and support people to lead a happy and independent life, in the comfort of their own home.
About the RoleThe Care Partner will provide care management to LiveBetter In-Home Support participants, responsible for delivering care management activities that enable older people to live safely and independently at home.
