We are seeking an experienced CEO to take the helm of a fast growing mining company with asset base in the Middle East. The role reports to the board and is responsible for guiding the organisation through its next phase of growthKey Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of mining projects, from development through to operations.
- Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability across international sites.
- Act as the face of the business to investors, capital markets, regulators, and joint venture partners.
- Drive funding initiatives and market engagement to support project growth and shareholder returns.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and integrity.
- Executive leadership experience (CEO/MD/COO) in mining, with exposure to ASX-listed companies.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale mining operations and delivering growth in shareholder value.
- Strong commercial, financial, and governance acumen with an international outlook.
- Proven ability to engage investors, brokers, and other key stakeholders with credibility.
- Experience working across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
Base: Australia (with frequent international travel & long stay or possibility to relocate)
Contract: Executive-level agreement
