We are a medium sized industrial electrical engineering and contracting company looking for an enthusiastic and diligent person to start their career with us. Our company is primarily involved in refrigeration and process automation systems which are installed in a wide range of facilities.
The niche market that we are in takes us all over Australia and New Zealand. The successful applicant will be required to live away from home for periods of time. Transport and accommodation will be supplied for any work outside of the Sydney Metro area. Generous compensation is provided for any work away from home.
We will provide the following on commencement of work:
Company uniform
All required PPE
The following will be provided at the completion of a 3 month probationary period
Q-Fever Vaccination (Required for Meat Processing Facilities)
Working at Heights Training
Scissor Lift Training
Boom Lift To 12m Training
Live Rescue Training
The successful applicant will become competent in installing and troubleshooting industrial control systems including PLCs.
No previous experience is required however any applicant must:
Have a General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Have a current NSW drivers licence to drive manual vehicles and have their own vehicle
Be prepared to drive or fly to interstate and international locations
Be prepared to work overtime as required, including weekends and public holidays
Be competent in mathematics
Be prepared to live away from home
Be prepared to work at heights
Be prepared to work in active meat works
Provide their own hand tools (tool allowance is provided)
Be an Australian Citizen
The apprenticeship is available for an immediate start.
