About the Opportunity
- Respond to support requests in accordance with the service level agreement.
- Efficiently and accurately resolve routine requests from internal and external customers.
- Classify and triage the nature and urgency of email and phone requests to specialist support team members as needed.
- Handle requests regarding all business systems, particularly Lumary and Skedulo.
- Manage compliances.
- Actively listen to customer feedback to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement.
- Continuously improve data hygiene and implement system and process improvements.
- Review, update, and contribute to developing systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain data integrity in the scheduling system for clinicians pay and billing purposes, as well as ensure travel costing is maintained and completed for all clients.
- Actively share knowledge and information within the team.
- Ensure client records are complete and up to date.

- Excellent communication skills written & verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities, particularly for time-critical support requests.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.
