You will be accountable for providing a high standard of administrative and secretarial support to the Group Research Office....

Your role at St John of God Health Care You will be accountable for providing a high standard of administrative and secretarial support to the Group Research Office. The Position.
  • Support the Group Director of Research with diary maintenance.
  • Maintain a flexible attitude to the daily schedule to address unexpected changing priorities.
  • Maintain the Group Research Office email inboxes, databases and mailing lists.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all times.
  • Provide a professional secretarial service to the Group Research Office and associated Committee’s including preparation of agendas, meeting minutes and record management.
  • Provide accurate, well presented word processing, spread sheeting, and Power Point documents as required.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings and events including venue, equipment booking and catering requirements.
  • Support preparations for Research events and initiatives including SJGHC Research Week, Research Report and Grant programs.
  • Draft standard responses to both internal and external correspondence as requested by Group Director or Group Manager.
  • Ordering of stationery, marketing materials and equipment as required.
You will have accurate and efficient typing, document control and data entry skills with advanced MS Office suite skills. You will have well developed communication skills and a commitment to customer service along with the ability to manage competing priorities. To succeed you will have had minimum 5 years experience working in a busy office environment. It is highly regarded if you have previous health care experience.   • Salary $69,665 to $72,824 (pro rata for part time) plus 11% Superannuation
  • 12 month fixed term part time position working 45.6 hours per fortnight
  • Located at Kings Square Perth CBD office with 40% work from home option
