We are seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Sommelier to join the NeverEnding team as part of our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a high-paced environment.

Main responsibilities include:

• Wine selection: Curate and maintain an extensive and diverse wine list to showcase to the guests different wines, regions and grape varieties
• Pairing recommendations: Enhance dishes prepared by Chefs at events by pairing them with appropriate wines
• Managing stock: Monitor and manage wine inventory, ensuring stock levels are appropriate and quality is maintained
• Wine events and tastings: Assist to create special wine lists for those wine tasting events to showcase new wines

About You

• Minimum 1 years of sommelier experience
• WSET certification (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international and local wines and regions
• A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
