About the Role

Ramsay Clinic New Farm is seeking a highly organised, enthstic administration professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our supportive and dedicated friendly team.

• Cover outpatient reception and hospital administrative duties.
• Manage internal and external enquiries.
• Medical typing, schedule appointments, billing, and receipting, DVA and Workcover
• Switchboard operation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your high attention to detail and accuracy, strong computer skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities will see you succeed in this role.

You will also bring:

• Specialist medical reception experience, minimum 3 years essential
• Experience with Patient Management Systems is desirable.
• Medical typing experience
• Professional phone manner and approach to work
• Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.
