Member Engagement Officer(Job Number: 2500005B) Description At RACQ, were good people doing good things, making a positive impact every day, with opportunities to learn, grow, and be more.Join our Member Engagement team as a Member Engagement Officer, where youll be the first point of contact for our members on the phones, offering tailored solutions across our range of products and services. Your role is pivotal in shaping the members experience and maintaining lasting relationships.
Hours, Training and Location
Start date 10th March with interviews scheduled to run on 12th February, so apply now!
- Rate of pay at commencement is $31.54/hr + super + penalty rates!
- Later Day Shifts
- 25 hours per week, 5 days a week, 5 hours a day
- Rotating shifts, with start times between 12.00PM and 2.00PM
- Finish times between 5.00PM and 7.00PM
- To ensure we set you up for success and give you all the support you need you will be required to be onsite at our Eight Mile Plains location
- Hybrid WFH option - combination of onsite and at home, available after 3-6 months based on performance

- Engage members with empathy and understanding, focusing on their unique needs.
- Communicate effectively to meet member expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RACQs products, services, and policies.
- Contribute to a positive team culture.
About you:
- Passionate about sales and customer service, if you do not have experience, we will work with you to train and upskill.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and problem-solving.
- Have a drive for excellence and thrive when working in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of a Year 12 High School Certificate.
