In this pivotal role, youll provide essential administrative support to our internal finance transactional services teams, ensuring seamless operations and top-tier service for our valued customers. Your day will involve:

• Manage office admin systems and data entry efficiently.
• Handle delivery dockets, invoicing data entry and system updates.
• Reconcile transactions with precision.
• Provide support to internal stakeholders as required.
• Problem solving in an agile high volume operational environment.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience supporting teams in a fast-paced, high volume, dynamic environment.
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Multitasking pro with expertise and adaptability in multiple systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong financial acumen, with knowledge of invoice processes and financial reporting.
• Excellent communicator with keen attention to detail and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advantageous if youve worked in a construction environment.
