What youll be doing The Facilities & Audio-Visual Support Officer enables the Sydney Childrens Hospital Randwick to provide safe, efficient and effective healthcare services. The role will support the Corporate Services & Facilities Management team to provide a customer focused service by supporting events, meetings and office coordination for staff and visitors. The role also supports the Facilities Management team with a variety of administration tasks such as maintenance tasks, facility inspections, audits and general support to the facility staff, contractors and tenants.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing facilities support services in a large and complex environment
  • Extensive experience with online meeting applications and understanding of audio-visual systems
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience in time management skills and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop procedures and training materials
  • Ability to be flexible with tasks and roster to provide a customer focused service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams and develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
