As a Data Consultant, you will guide the shaping and delivery of major projects for clients. This role involves working with a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. You will work with our clients directly, client account leaders and consulting specialists to provide thought leadership and industry perspective on the challenges that our clients need solving.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience working on Building, Migrating and Maintaining Data Warehouses, and implementing Data Governance and Data Observability metric collection.
• Experience working with finance, retail, mining and pharmaceutical companies.
• Extensive experience working in design, development and deployment of Data Warehousing solutions for major Cloud Databases like BigQuery, Snowflake and Databricks.
• Proficiency in dbt data transformation and modeling and advanced Python programming skills for building ELT / ETL data pipelines.
• Experience working with Astronomer/Composer/Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to Composer, BigQuery, Spanner, Cloud Functions, Cloud Build, PubSub, GKE, Cloud Storage, Azure Datalake, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage.
• Experienced working with Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes to automate deployments of data pipeline components.
• Experienced in building CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions, Cloud Build and Jenkins for deploying data engineering workloads.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Salesforce datasets.
• Experience working with Sensitive PII and PCI data and building and implementing RBAC frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient working in Agile teams and having knowledge of Scrum concepts.

Roles And Responsibilities

• End to end responsibility of designing and architecting Data Warehousing solutions.
• Develop architecture and coding standards, review processes as well as project specific templates.
• Provide pre-sales support by developing RFPs, designs and project estimates.
• Conduct project estimations by analyzing business requirements.
• Develop a repository of technical solutions, technical best practices and design/coding guidelines/standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high standards of software quality and contributing towards development of enterprisewide technology on cloudbased architectures.
• Good knowledge about known architectures and solution frameworks as well as usage of modelling technique.
• Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
