About Us

Brite is a profit for purpose social enterprise that provides training and employment opportunities across the community, including for people with disabilities. Brite is an NDIS provider and has operated in Broadmeadows for over 40 years. We currently employ 160 people with disability. In addition, we offer a wide range of support services to further develop our employees capabilities to access improved social and economic opportunities in the community.

About the Role

• Providing support and mentoring to students throughout the learning journey
• Designing and delivering dynamic and energetic training using up to date technology
• Implementing training strategies that provide positive outcomes for disadvantaged groups and promote access and equity
• Ability to build capacity through training of young people and lessen the barriers to employment and empower learners to actively participate in developing a transition plan that they understand
• Committed to our goal of making sure that young people graduating are ready to move into open employment or further education opportunities

Skills and Experience

• Experience working with people with disability
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds
• High level of written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines

• TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment or higher-level qualification
• NDIS Worker Clearance Screening
• VIC Working with Childrens Check (WWC)
