Case Manager EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business. THE OPPORTUNITY As part of our diverse team based in Parramatta , you will help make a positive impact on someones life every day. The purpose of this role is to provide early, timely and personal customer service to injured workers and employers through proactively managing workers compensation claims within a Self Insured legislation and compliance guidelines. This will be a permanent, full time position based in our Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders and manage the end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of cases
• Adopt a service- orientated approach that is focused on early intervention to improve recovery and return to work outcomes
• Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand
• Co-ordinate communication, facilitating case conferences and conducting claims reviews with clients as required
• Conduct health promotion activities to enhance the customers wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery.

ABOUT YOU

• Strong background in delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and capable of quickly learning and navigating new systems.
• Ability to assess situations, evaluate options, and make informed decisions confidently and efficiently.
• Prior experience within the insurance industry is advantageous but not essential, training will be provided.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in dynamic and high-pressure settings
