Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Spearwood branch. This Customer Service Representative will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with Steelforce. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer enquiries via phone & email
• Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
• Preparing reports & reviewing KPIs
• Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers
• General administration duties

About your experience:

You are a team player with an exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail and you thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to provide customer solutions and exemplary service.

• Experience in customer service and or sales administration
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
• Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
