Competitive salary package up to $137,314 pa (salary from $110,266 to $122,058) plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About us:
Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices.
About the role:
The Service Development Coordinator role is responsible for driving the implementation of service development initiatives and supporting the LawAccess NSW service channels. This includes the implementation and ongoing project management of service development initiatives across information technology, telephony, and service enhancement projects to ensure that they meet the needs of customers, stakeholders and LawAccess NSW and are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner.To better understand the role of the staff working on the LawAccess NSW service channels, and the impact they are making watch this video.

About you:
You are a highly experienced professional, specialising in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess:
Extensive experience in designing and applying policies and procedures.
Expertise in change management, utilizing best practice methodologies to effectively implement workplace changes.
Strong time management and organisational skills to efficiently balance daily responsibilities with project work, ensuring timely delivery of prioritised outcomes.
Project management experience, having led projects from inception to successful completion.
Innovative problem-solving skills, capable of developing effective solutions.
Proactive in identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project execution.

You must:
have relevant tertiary qualifications in law, management, or project management or equivalent experience
be willing to do a Criminal Record Check
hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)
live in NSW or willing to relocate to NSW
