About the Role:

Were looking for a warm, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Serene Retreat & Social Spa Cairns. If youre a people person who loves helping others and keeping things running smoothly, wed love to meet you!

What Youll Do:

• Greet visitors and clients with a friendly attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails
• Manage scheduling and appointments
• Keep the reception area tidy and organized
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintaining a tidy working environment
• House-keeping salon tasks

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable using a computer and phone system
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required
