Job Description The Project ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel - Stage 2, Sydneys third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange, cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton, and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney. Project scope includes:

• Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction
• Civil, Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels
• Surface level work, including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah Freeway

. Key responsibilities

• Liaise, coordinate, and manage deliveries directly from suppliers and the M&E warehouse.
• Plan and supervise activities within the site laydown area to optimize efficiency.
• Perform inventory assessments of site laydown areas to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with Warehouse (Outbound) Coordinators to ensure seamless communication and operations.
• Supervise haulage sub-contractors on-site to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods.
• Implement and uphold the Chain of Responsibility for all equipment and machinery departing from the warehouse, ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Skills and Competencies About You:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Chain of Responsibility and its applications in logistics operations.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with suppliers, contractors, and team members
• EWP high risk and Telehandler licence.
