Join our evolving Workforce Reporting team and make a real impact as a Project Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of the People Matter Employee Survey, ensuring its success through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Senior Advisor, youll juggle multiple priorities, prepare insightful reports, and help drive organisational improvement.

- Proven experience managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results within scope and budget
- Skilled in analysing quantitative and qualitative workforce data, including survey responses, and presenting insights in engaging ways to inform stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders, coordinate groups, and drive collaboration
- Proficient in preparing clear, concise reports and guidelines; and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive in navigating priorities and supporting organisational goals
