• Qualifications: A Degree or Diploma qualification in Human Services or A Certificate IV in Community Services, Disability, Mental Health in or A Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work.
• Screening Checks: DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening
• Experience: Youve worked with people facing complex psychosocial challenges and know how to motivate and support them in achieving their goals.
• Skills: Youre a problem-solver, a listener, and a compassionate guide. You have strong professional boundaries, and youre skilled at managing crises and conflicts.
• Energy: Youre ready to bring your best to every client interaction, seeing the person beyond the challenges.

In addition, your lived experience of mental health recovery will allow you to:
